4 eggs
1 cup liquid shortening (I use vegetable oil)
1 quart buttermilk
3 cups sugar
5 cups flour
5 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons salt
1 box of raise bran cereal (16 oz)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs in the mixer. Add in the shortening and buttermilk until well mixed. Add in the other ingredients as listed until well mixed. Fill each cupcake liner half full. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Can store the leftover mixture in the fridge in a covered container for up to 6 weeks.
