Ingredients: 1 10.5oz can of Cream of Mushroom soup 1 10.5oz can of Cream of Celery soup 1 15oz can of sweet corn (optional) 1 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained 1 1/2 cups of egg noodles 1 small white onion diced 1/2 tsp ground black pepper 1 cup sour cream dash of salt or more if you want hot sauce for garnish, (optional)

Directions:1. cook the ground beef with the onion drain once the beef is cooked all the way through.
2. while cooking the beef bring a large pot of water to a boil. add salt to your water. Cook noodles according to the directions on the bag. Drain and rinse the noodles.
3. once beef is cooked and drained return back to stove. Add the salt and pepper, the cream of Mushroom soup and the cream of celery and the drained corn and heat to 165ºF.
4. once the beef mixture is heated through. Mix together in large pot or bowl the beef mixture, noodles and the sour cream. once mixed serve and add a splash of hot sauce for extra flavor boost which is optional. |

Notes: This is a childhood recipe I learned when I first started to learn how to cook. Over the years I have changed it up and added a few extra things that really give it a boost. The optional things are the things that have been added so easily can be made without the items and will still be a hit at the dinner table. My friends who have tried this all asked for the recipe.
