1.5 pounds ground beef
1/2 minced red pepper
1/2 of a small minced onion
3 garlic cloves minced
1/4 cup minced parsley
2 teaspoon cumin
2 teaspoon paprika
2 teaspoon corriander
2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt

5 low carb tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Cut sides of tortillas to make square shapes.
Mix all of the ingredients except for the tortillas. Pat super thin onto each of the tortillas and stack up. Cut into 3 to 4 rows, then turn on sides and push together. Stick a skewer through the stack in 3 to 4 places...however much room you have, then cut the lengths between each skewer placement.
Fry in a greased skillet about 5 minutes on each side.
