2 lbs beef round steak, cut ¾ inch thick
1 medium onion, sliced
1 10 oz can cream of celery soup
½ tsp dried oregano, crushed
¼ tsp dried thyme, crushed
¼ tsp pepper
3 cups hot cooked noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Trim fat from round steak. Cut meat into serving size portions. Place onion in a 3½ to 4 quart slow cooker; place meat over onions. In a small bowl, combine soup, oregano, thyme and pepper. Pour over meat. Cover and cook on low for 10 - 12 hours or on high for 5 - 6 hours. Serve meat over noodles
