6 Breaded Veal Patties
6 Slices of Swiss Cheese
6 Slices of thin Ham
3 Tbsp. of Vegetable Oil
Black Pepper to taste
Seasoned Salt to taste

4-5 Medium Yukon Taters to Mash

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and slice Taters into ¼” slices. Put into Large Saucepan with Water to cover. Add Salt. Cook until tender then mash, cover and set aside.

Heat Vegetable Oil in a large Pan over medium heat. Add Veal Patties and brown on each side for 3-4 minutes. Remove from Pan.

Place Patties in a single layer in a Casserole Pan.

Cover each with Ham and Swiss Cheese.

Bake covered at 350 ⁰F until Cheese is melted. ~ 15 Minutes. Cook to an internal Patty temperature of 160 ⁰F.
