Ingredients:  
* 3-5 lb chuck roast.
* 3 Tblsp or 1 packet ranch dressing mix
* 1 packet au jus gravy mix
* 1/2 packet Lipton onion soup mix
* 1/4 cup unsalted butter
* 4-6 jarred pepperoncini peppers plus 1/2 jar juice
* 2 cups beef broth

Directions:
* Add 1-2 Tblsp oil to skillet or crockpot and brown on all sides you can do this in crockpot or in large skillet
* Place the chuck roast in the bottom of your crock pot.
* Sprinkle the top of the roast with ranch, au jus, and onion soup mixes
* Add the butter and pepperoncini peppers to top of roast.
* pour 2 cups beef broth and 1/2 jar pepperoni I juice along side of meat. Try not to pour on top of meat and rinse mixes off.
* Place the lid on top and slow cook over low heat for 6-8 hours or more.
