Personal Notes:
This recipe is not the the easiest to prepare, but it is delicious and something different. It is special to me because of where I got it. Our church sponsored a mission trip to the Rosebud Indian Reservation in South Dakota. We were building outdoor showers, working in the kitchen, repairing homes and working in the thrift store. Of course, I was in the kitchen! The villagers prepared this meal for us as a thank you. These memories are precious and a constant reminder of how greatly I am blessed.
