Directions:
1. Pound steak on both sides to tenderize and punch holes in meat. If your tenderizer doesn't punch holes in the meat take a fork and punch holes for the marinade to go into.
2. Place the steak in a resealable bag.
3. Pour a 1/2 bottle of Zesty Italian dressing in bag and seal shut.
4. Place bag in a 9"x13" pan and set in refrigerator for 4 to 24 hours. Turn bag occasionally.
5. Preheat barbecue to very hot.
6. Take steak out of marinate and let drain a little.
7. Place on hot barbecue and cook 4 minutes on each side for rare or 5 to 6 minutes for a medium doneness.
8. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
9. Slice very thin and against the grain of the meat.

Personal Notes:
Slice the whole steak up into very thin pieces. Take out 4 oz. for your dinner. The rest of the steak can be used for other recipes.

Other things to make with flank steak:
Quesadilla
Tacos
Steak & Brocoli Stir fry
Steak Bowl

Any other marinate can be used on the flank steak. I like the taste and ease of using the Zesty Italian Salad Dressing.
