Ingredients:  
2 tblspn butter
1 chopped onion
1 chopped bell pepper
1/2 tspn minced garlic
1/2 cup finely chopped gr onions
1-1/2 cups of Rouses mayonnaise
3 oz of Provolone cheese
3 ox of Mozzarella cheese
3 oz of Cheddar cheese
3 oz of Velveeta cheese
1 lb crawfish tails
1 stick of melted butter
2 loaves of French bread cut in half
2 tblspn Cajun seasonings
1/2 bunch parsley finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large cast iron skilled sauté veggies in butter over med heat heat
2. Add mayonnaise & cheese & stir until mixture is melted
3. Remove from heat and mix in crawfish
4. Spread mixture over each half of French bread, and put back together to form a loaf. Add Cajun seasonings, bake at 250 degrees for 15 min.
5. Cut into slices and sprinkle parsley over the bread and serve.
