1 pkg. dry yeast
¼ c. warm water
1 c. warmed cottage cheese
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. dill seed
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. dry minced onion or garlic
¼ tsp baking soda
1 egg
2½ c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients (except the flour) in a bowl.
Beat well.
Gradually add flour.
Cover and let rise until double in size.
Then stir down and place into greased casserole dish or one large loaf pan.
Let rise until doubled.

Bake at 350º for 40 minutes.

After removing baked loaf from oven rub top with butter & sprinkle with salt.
