- 1 cup (250g) Greek yogurt
- 1 cup (250g) self-rising flour
- 2 tbsp olive oil


***Additional butter & garlic, or preferred ingredients to brush on finished flat bread.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix everything in a bowl. When it turns into a dough, leave on your countertop for 30 mins.

Then divide into 4 or 6 shape into a ball and let them rest again for 20 mins.

Roll them out thin like your patience on a Monday, cook on a hot pan until both sides look golden and fabulous.

Cover with a clean towel to keep them soft and warm like a good hug.
