1 cup Crisco
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup boiling water
2 eggs, beaten
2 packages yeast
1 cup warm water
6 cups all-purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
Put Crisco, sugar, and salt in a large bowl. Over this mixture pour boiling water. Add eggs and stir together well.
Add yeast dissolved in warm water.
Stir in flour. Mix all together and refrigerate overnight.
Roll out and cut with 2" cutter. Put in greased muffin tins and let rise till double, about 3-4 hours.
Bake at 425˚F for 7-8 minutes

They are light, fluffy and easy to make and I assure you they will receive raves. This dough will keep several days in the refrigerator... so bake only as many rolls as you will need for a meal. One lovely customer said, "they will float right off your plate." Barbara
