The calculation is approximate, as the calorie content of cottage cheese and soft cheese depends on the fat content. I'm calculating based on common options: cottage cheese ~5%, almond flour, cream cheese.

✅ Keto Buns (Whole Dough)
Total Dough Calories: ≈ 1908 kcal
Calories per bun: ≈ 318 kcal

Recipe and Ingredients:
3 eggs.
Salt to taste.
2 cups (450 g) cottage cheese (put over a sieve to drain out liquid to make drier)
Mix with an immersion blender.
2 cups (200 g) almond flour.
2 tsp (10 g) baking powder.
Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil.
Grease your hands with vegetable oil.
Makes 5 buns.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake for 30-35 minutes at 350°F (175°C).
