Red Cabbage, chopped
Carrot, grated
Onion, sliced
Mozzarella cheese
Green Onion
Salt & Pepper
Sesame oil
2 Sheets Rice Paper

Directions:
Directions:
Add vegetable oil to nonstick pan add 1 sheet rice paper top with a thin layer of mixture. Dip other sheet of rice paper in warm water, drain then place onto pancake and press down. Fry 3-4 minutes.
