1 1/2 lb. Flank Steak (thinly sliced)
1/4 c. Corn starch
1 tbsp. Sesame oil
3-4 cloves Garlic (minced)
2 tsp. Ginger (minced)
3/4 c. Soy Sauce
3/4 c. Water
2/3 - 1 tsp. Siracha sauce
1 c. Carrots (shredded)
4-6 Green Onions (julianed)
3/4 c. Brown Sugar (packed)
White Sesame seeds (as needed)

Directions:
Directions:
In a crock pot combine the Sesame oil, Garlic, Ginger, Soy sauce, Water, Siracha and Brown sugar. Mix well.
Put the Corn starch in a large bowl, add in the flank steak and toss together until the meat is well coated.
Add the coated meat to the sauce in the crock pot.
Add the carrots, then stir lightly until everything is just coated in the sauce.
Cover and cook on high for 2 1/2 to 3 hours or on low for about 4 hours. (the steak will be cooked well and tender.
Serve over steamed or fried rice and garnish with green onions and whit sesame seeds.
