2 lbs lean beef or hamburger
¼ c butter
1 chopped onion
1 large can of mushrooms, sliced
juice of one lemon
3 T sherry
2 T flour
½ c tomato juice
½ c beef broth
carton of sour cream
sea salt and freshly ground pepper
onion powder
garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Shred beef and sprinkle with lemon juice. Season with onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Sauté onions and mushrooms in butter in a large pan.
Remove onions and mushrooms and add lightly floured beef to pan and brown with sherry.
Add onions, mushrooms, juice, and stock.
Cook another five minutes.
Stir in sour cream and heat through.
Serve with egg noodles or rice.
