1 Cup Self Rising Flour
1/8 Cup of bacon solid grease
1/8 Cup of butter
Note: could use all solid bacon grease or all butter to make 1/4 cup
3/4 to 1 Cup of Starter

Mix flour and grease/butter
Add starter
roll out and cut -- do not over handle

In iron skillet with melted olive or bacon grease, coat both sides of biscuits and
cook in 425 degrees for approximately 8-10 minutes
