Ingredients:
(1 pound) ground beef
(1 cup) mozzarella cheese
(1/2 cup) cheddar cheese
(1/2 cup) diced onion
(2 cloves) garlic, minced
(1/2 cup) sliced bell peppers
(1/2 cup) sliced black olives, optional

(to taste) pepper
(1) egg, for egg wash
(1) pizza dough sheet

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high. Sauté the diced onions until softened.
3. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Season with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
4. Stir in the sliced bell peppers and olives. Cook briefly until softened.
5. Roll the pizza dough on a floured surface into a 10×14-inch rectangle.
6. Spread the beef mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
7. Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar across the top.
8. Roll the dough tightly from the long side, jelly-roll style. Pinch the seams and ends to seal, placing seam side down on the baking sheet.
9. Cut small slits on top for steam to escape. Brush with beaten egg.
10. Bake 25–30 minutes, until golden brown and lightly crisp.
11. Let cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve warm.
