3 egg yolks

1 2/3 cups thick buttermilk

1 1/2 cups flour

1 Tbsp sugar

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

3 Tbsp soft butter

3 egg whites, stiffly beaten
Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks well with rotary beater. Beat in buttermilk and mixed dry ingredients. Beat in butter. Gently fold in beaten egg whites.

Cook on griddle or in a pan with butter.
