2 cups flour
1tbsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
⅓ cup butter
¾ cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º

Mix together, flour, baking powder and salt. Add butter and cut in until mixture is crumbly.
Make a well and add milk all at once. Stir just until dough clings together.
Roll or pat to ½ inch thickness. Cut with cutter or small cup.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
