1 ½ pkg yeast dissolved in 6 T warm water
1 ½ T sugar
1 ½ cups cottage cheese
½ tsp salt
¼-½ tsp baking soda
2 ½ T butter
1 ½ eggs
½ pkg onion soup mix
1 T dillseed
4-4 ½ cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Add sugar to yeast and dissolve.
Combine cottage cheese, salt, baking soda, butter, eggs, and soup mix.
Add yeast mixture and 2 cups flour. Blend.
Stir in remaining flour to make a stiff dough.
Knead and place into a bowl. Brush with softened butter and cover to let rise until doubled, about 1½ hours.
Punch down and knead.
Place in buttered loaf pan, cover, and let rise about 30 minutes til double.
Bake 40-45 minutes.
