Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350˚. Spray the sheet pans with cooking spray. Spread the breakfast sausage over the sheet pans from edge to edge. Crack and scramble the eggs. Season with salt, pepper, onion powder and paprika to taste. Pour the eggs onto the other sheet pan from edge to edge. Make the syrup glaze by whisking together the melted butter and maple syrup in a small bowl. Put the sheet pans into the oven and cook for 25-30 minutes. While cooking, cut the slider rolls in half horizontally. Once the eggs and sausage are cooked, slide the cooked sausage over the bottom half of the slider rolls. Layer the cheese over the sausage. Slide the eggs over the cheese. Spread the syrup glaze over top of the eggs and place the top of the rolls on top of the eggs. Use a serrated knife to cut between each sandwich
