½ cup butter, melted
¾ cup Buttermilk
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 (4ounce jar) pimento, well drained
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Prepare a greased cookie sheet.
In a medium bowl, combine flour, melted butter, buttermilk, cheese, pimentos, garlic and salt until well combined. Drop by heaping spoonful onto prepared pan. Bake until biscuits are golden brown, Approximately 15-20 minutes.
