1 lb. pork shoulder or similar roast
1 t. chili powder
1 t. cumin, ground
1 T. salt
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 onion, sliced
1 T. garlic, crushed
1 c. chicken stock
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
1 c. BBQ sauce (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. In bowl, combine sugar, salt, cumin and chili powder.
2. Rub 3/4 of this mix into the piece of pork.
3. In slow cooker, add onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, chicken stock and vinegar.
4. Add pork and top with remaining spice mix.
5. Cook on low for 8 hours.
6. Remove pork and place on a clean chopping board.
7. Remove any excess at and using two forks, pull the pork apart.
8. Either combine pork with the sauce in the slow cooker or add BBQ sauce.
