1 cup warm water
1/2 cup milk
2 tblsp honey
1 tblsp dry active yeast




3 1/2 cups bread flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tblsp dry milk powder
3 tblsp melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in stand mixer, let kneed for 6 -7 minutes
when you touch dough it should spring back
put into an oiled bowl and cover with damp towel and let rise for 1 hour
take dough out and cut into roll shape of your choice cover again with damp cloth and let rise another 30 minutes - you can score the tops before baking if you would like
brush with egg wash and bake @ 350 for 15 minutes
