2/3 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup warn milk
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 1/4 tsp dry active yeast
let this bloom for 15 minutes

1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
3 tblsp melted butter
1 tsp salt
4 cups all purpose flour


add all ingredients to mixing bowl mix until incorporated then using a dough hook kneed for 5 minutes - grease a bowl and put doughball in bowl cover with damp cloth and let rise for 1 hour - after dough has doubled in size then pinch off pieces and roll into balls put in baking dish and cover to rise for 30 minutes. use an egg wash on top before baking. bake @ 375 for 15 minutes - when rolls come out of over butter the tops of rolls and enjoy
