1 lb of 80% ground beef
1 lb of ground turkey
½ cup of grated Parmesan
A little milk
2 eggs
¼ cup chopped parsley
Garlic powder and salt to taste.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the meat with hand torn bread. Combine eggs, milk, parsley and seasoning. Make into balls and cook in oven.
Do not use breadcrumbs from the store as they are too fine and make the meat balls hard as baseballs. The bread absorbs the milk and fats and provides small air gaps that absorb the juices from the meat. Lightly brown in pan or oven. Put them in your sauce and let them soak it in, low and slow.
