Mabel’s Spaghetti Sauce:

1# ground beef 80/20;
1# ground Italian sausage, hot or mild;
1 medium yellow onion, chopped;
1 small can sliced mushrooms;
2 gloves fresh garlic, diced;
2 14.5 oz. cans tomato sauce;
1 large can diced tomatoes;
1 small can tomato paste
Olive oil for sautéing;
Chili powder
Italian Seasoning
2 Bay Leaves
Oregano
Salt
Parmesan Cheese to top

Pasta

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion, garlic in olive oil;
Add mushrooms;
Add meats and brown;
Add crushed tomatoes, sauce, paste + one can water
Season to taste with spices;
Slow cook for about an hour;

Serve over your choice of pasta, Parmesan cheese.
