1lbs ground beef
1 yellow onion diced
3 cloves minced garlic
1pkg (16oz) sliced Bella mushrooms
1C beef broth
3 Tbs flour
1C heavy cream
1/3c sour cream
1Tbs olive oil
2 Tbs butter
1tsp Worcestershire
1tsp Dijon mustard
1/2tsp thyme
Salt and pepper
Smoked paprika
Garlic powder

Directions:
Heat olive oil in large skillet cook onion and garlic until onion is translucent and tender.

Move onion and garlic to the side and cook ground beef until browned. Season beef while cooking with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.

Mix beef with garlic and onion. Drain some of the grease off then add mushrooms and butter. Cook 5 minutes stirring occasionally. Add thyme stir and cook a minute. Then add flour. Cook flour down for a few minutes.

In separate pot cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Add beef broth and deglaze the pan with a wooden spoon. Stir in heavy cream then add Dijon mustard and Worcestershire. Season to taste, I usually add more salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika
Reduce heat and allow to simmer until thickened about 5ish minutes.
Remove pan from heat and stir in the sour cream until completely combined.

Serve over egg noodles. We like to mix the egg noodles into the mixture. Enjoy!
