"A man who was fond of wine was offered some grapes at dessert after dinner. "Much obliged," said he, pushing the plate aside; "I am not accustomed to take my wine in pills."--Jean Antheleme Brillat-Savarin, The Physiology of Taste

Directions:
Put overly ripe bananas in a blender until smooth. Add two eggs, one cup of peanut butter-you may use sugar free, one tsp. vanilla, one tsp. of baking powder, I used four packs of artifical sweetner. Blend together. Add your nuts and blend it just for a couple seconds. Pour into a loaf pan. Take 1/3 cup of the sugar free Hazelnut Butter (I used Nutella) and melt it in your microwave. Then drizzle across your raw ingredients. Using a knife gently swirl into your loaf. Cook at 350º for 40-45 minutes.
Delicious and it's a treat for someone that can't have flour or sugar.
