2 Cups All Purpose Flour or Gluten Free Flour
2 tsp. Baking Powder
¼ tsp. Salt
2 Large Eggs
1 Tbsp. Vanilla
½ Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
2 Tbsp. Honey
¾ Milk
5 Tbsp. Mini Chocolate Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF & grease a mini muffin pan.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together dry ingredients.
In a separate bowl, whisk together wet ingredients.
Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients.
Gently fold in ¼ cup of mini chocolate chips.
Divide the batter between the prepared muffin cups and gently press the remaining chocolate chips into the tops.
Bake for 12 minutes or until tops are firm to the touch.
Cool in muffin tin for 5 minutes before carefully transferring to wire rack.

This recipe makes 32 mini muffins.
