2 1/2 cups flour
1 Tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp sugar
1 stick cold butter ; cut into small pieces
1 cup buttermilk; split-up

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix all dry ingredients together , add butter cubes to flour mix (dust)

2. Use hands or pasty cutter mix up. Mix in 1/2 buttermilk mix. Place on floured surface press dough together. press and fold few times, cut out

3. Brush with buttermilk

4. Place in buttered cast iron skillet

5. Bake @ 425 for 15 to 20 mins.
