12 oz large egg noodles
16 oz cooked ham, diced
1 lb fresh broccoli florets, cut into bite sized pieces
1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
10 oz can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
2 cups cheddar, shredded

Preheat oven to 375º

Add egg noodles to a large pot of boiling water and cook according to package directions. Drain and set to the side.

To a large bowl add mil, sour cream, cream of mushroom soup and seasonings. Whisk to combine the ingredients. Now add in the diced ham, broccoli, 1 cup of cheese, and cooked drained noodles. Stir to combine the ingredients.

Grease a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick spray. Pour the casserole in the baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and continue to bake for an additional 8-10 minutes.
