3 pounds chicken diced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 Tbsp oil

Sauce

1 cup soy sauce
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cups ketchup
1/2 cups bourbon
2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp garlic paste
1 tsp. ground ginger
4 Tbsp water
2 Tbsp corn starch
green onion chopped and sesame seeds for garnish

1. In a large bowl combine chicken salt and pepper

2. Heat oil add seasoned chicken for abt 6 to 9 mins transfer chicken to bowl ; set aside

3. In a med bowl whisk soy sauce, chicken broth, brown sugar, ketchup, bourbon, vinegar, garlic and ginger Pour into pan and let simmer 5 mins

4. In a small bowl mix water and corn starch until smooth. Pour into bourbon mix and whisk let simmer abt 2 to 3 mins

5. Add chicken and toss to coat and simmer for abt 5 mins Serve over rice and with black beans
