1c (120g) unbleached all purpose flour
1c (197g) yellow corn meal
⅓c (75g) sugar
1 tsp salt
3 tsp baking powder
1 egg
½c (120g) Milk
½c (120g) full fat sour cream
⅓c (90g) oil
¼c (80g) honey

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400ºF
Line 9x9 pan with parchment paper

Combine all ingredients in a bowl
Transfer to prepared pan
Bake for 20 to 23 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean
