3 frozen rolls, defrosted
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon butter, unsalted
1 teaspoon brown sugar

Directions:
Start by letting the 3 frozen rolls defrost, just leave them on the counter, for a few hours.
Then cut each roll into 4 pieces.
In a small mixing bowl, add the 2 tablespoons granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon mix well.

In another small bowl, melt the 1 teaspoon butter(I used the microwave) and mix in the 1 teaspoon brown sugar.
Roll the dough into a ball.
Dip the dough balls into the cinnamon sugar mixture, and then place in a greased (sprayed with non-stick cooking spray) ramekin. Continue, until you use up all of the dough.
Then pour the melted butter and ground cinnamon sugar over the top.
Set into the air fryer for 7 to 10 minutes at 330 degrees F, air fryer setting.
Check to make sure the dough is fully cooked, before removing. If not, add another few minutes.

Can I make more than one serving at a time? Yes, divide dough into multiple ramekins and cook each separately for even baking.

How do I know when it’s done? The top should be golden and set, and a toothpick inserted should come out clean.

Can I prep the dough ahead of time? Yes, cut the rolls into pieces and store in the fridge for a few hours; coat in cinnamon sugar just before cooking.
