10oz Ground pork
5oz Shrimp (minced)
3/4 cup Green onion (chopped)
8 cloves Garlic (chopped)
2 tbsp Ginger (chopped)
1 tbsp Cornstarch
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp White pepper
1 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
1 1/4 tbsp Sesame oil
1 tsp Red chili flakes
14 sheets Rice paper

Sauce:
1/4 cup Soy sauce
1 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Spicy chili crisp hot sauce by Lao Gan Ma

Directions:

Brush both sides with olive oil

Bake at 400F for 15min (flip halfway)

Broil for 2-4 min
