1 cup imitation crab, shredded
½ cup shredded mozzarella
4 oz softened cream cheese
2 Tbsp mayonnaise
2 green onions, chopped
1 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp powdered sugar
garlic powder and onion to taste
wonton or dumpling wrappers
oil, for brushing
- sweet chili for serving
Mix filling together in bowl. Spread thin layer of filling over wrappers, then seal with another on top. Brush oil then air fry at 390 F for 8-12 mins, flipping halfway. Cook until golden brown and crisp. Serve with sweet chili sauce and enjoy!
