Ingredients:
Ingredients:

3 cups all purpose flour
¾ cup beef bouillon powder
2 Tbsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika

Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix well to combine. Add contents into a quart sized jar
and store on your pantry shelf for about 1 year.
To Make:
Add 1 cup of water to a pot on your stove. Whisk in 2 Tbsp of the gravy mix. Bring to a boil,
reduce heat and simmer until it thickens. This should only take a minute or two.
Using 2 Tbsp at a time, this recipe will yield approximately 32 packets of instant gravy mix.
I use a quart jar for this.
I almost always say this will be good for about 1 year, but I’ve kept it much longer with no issues.
The cooking measurements above are approximately the same amount you would get using 1
packet of store bought gravy mix.
Because we are not adding artificial colors, the gravy will not be the dark brown color you a
used to seeing from a store bought packet, but trust me, the flavor is much, much bette
