1 1/2 lbs. Beef
1/3 - 1/2 lbs. Prosciutto, chopped
1 c. Fresh bread crumbs
1/2 c. Milk
1/2 tsp. Garlic
3 Tbl. Parmesan
2 Eggs, beaten
1/8 tsp. Nutmeg
1/4 c. Finely chopped parsley
Pepper to taste
Olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix beef and prosciutto in bowl. Put milk and bread crumbs in separate bowl and let mixture sit for 1 to 2 minutes. Combine the milk and meat together.
Add the rest of ingredients and mix well.

Form into balls, approximately the size of a tennis ball and fry in olive oil in large fry pan on medium to low heat, turning occasionally until all sides are
browned (about 15 minutes)
