1 T. packed brown sugar
1 T. paprika
1 T. chili powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
4 lbs beef short ribs
½ cup BBQ sauce, plus more for serving

Directions:
Directions:
Mix brown sugar, paprika, chili powder, salt and garlic powder in a medium bowl.
Cut ribs into equal portions. Generously rub spice mixture onto all surfaces of ribs.
Place ribs in a single layer in an aluminum foil pan. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour.
Preheat grill to 375-400 degrees.
Place a handful of ice cubes in the pan and cover tightly with aluminum foil.
Cook until tender, 2 to 3 hours.
Uncover the pan. Brush ribs with BBQ sauce. Move over direct heat and continue grilling, turning and brushing more BBQ sauce.
Continue until ribs are browned, crisp and start to fall off the bone.
Serve with additional BBQ sauce.
