"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
If. you are looking for a yummy comfort food, this is a good option. I like to cook up a turkey breast and vacuum seal up packages of it for future use in sandwiches, casseroles, etc. I have had this recipe for awhile, wanting to try it and decided today was the day, as I had the ingredients, including turkey breast, all on hand. The Morney Sauce was fab. The Sandwichwas delicious, but very filling. A good winter meal I think!
