Lily White Flour.
If more than one bag of flour is needed, use 3 cups of the plain white lily, add 2 tsp salt, 1 T active yeast, and 1 1/2 Cups warm water. Mix until it looks ragged. Cover with saran wrap and let rest until the next day.

Use a cast iron pot with cover. Put the dough in the pot for 30 minutes uncovered.
Put the dough in a 400º oven, lid on for 30 minutes, then take out and take the cover off. Put back in oven for 10 minutes or until it gets browned on top and hard. May take more like 20 -25 minutes.
