4 Cups Sifted Flour
3 Tbsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Salt
1 Cup Lard
1/2 Cup Warm Water
1 Cup Warm Milk
1 Package Dry Yeast
2 Eggs, Beaten

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix flour, sugar, salt and lard like pie crust.
2. In separate bowl, mix water, milk, yeast and eggs.
3. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix.
4. Let stand overnight in refrigerator.
5. Roll out on board and put some melted butter, sugar and cinnamon on top and roll up like jelly roll.
6. Cut in 1/2 inch thick rounds.
7. Place on greased cookie sheet and let stand to rise.
8. Bake at 350ºF.
9. Frost with powdered sugar.
