2 Cups Sugar
2 tsp. Vanilla
2 Cups Mashed Bananas
1 tsp.Cinnamon
1 rap. Salt
1 (8 oz. can) Crushed Pineapple, drained
1 Cup Oil
3 Whole Eggs
3 Cups Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 Cup Chopped Nuts (I use Walnuts)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, oil, and vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time, mix well. Sift dry ingredients together. Add flour mixture and mashed bananas alternately. Fold in crushed pineapple and nuts. Pour into 3 (8 or 9 inch) pans, which have been sprayed with baking spray. Bake at 250 degrees about 1 1/2 hours. Cool 20-30 minutes. Remove from pans, cool completely. Wrap in foil. Freezes well!!
