1 sticks of butter
2½ cups of All-purpose Flour
1 tablespoon of sugar
1½ teaspoon salt
4 teaspoons of Baking Powder
16 oz of buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
PREHEAT OVEN 400º

1) In pan ( I used a cast iron skillet) add 1 stick of butter and melt in oven that is preheating to 400º.
2)Mix together the flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder,
3) Pour mixture into the hot cast iron pan with melted butter.
4) Spread out the mixture in the pan it will be swimming in butter. Spread to all the edges of the pan.
5) Cut the batter into squares. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
