1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 c. Butter, softened
3 tbsp. Mayonaise
2 tbsp. Lemon juice
1/4 tsp. Dried basil
1/4 tsp. Ground black pepper
1/8 tsp. Onion powder
1/8 tsp. Celery salt
2 lbs. Tilapia filets

Directions:

Set an oven rack about 4" from heat source and preheat the oven's broiler. Line a broiler pan with aluminum foil.

Mix all ingredients except tilapia together in a bowl until we'll combined.

Arrange tilapia filets in a single layer on the prepared pan.

Broil in the preheated oven for 4 minutes, flipping halfway through. Remove from the oven and spread parmesan mixture over filets. Return to the oven and broil until topping is browned and fish flakes easily with a fork, about 2 more minutes; be careful not to overcook.
