Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 pkgs. yeast
1 c. warm water
2 tsp. sugar
1 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
6 c. flour
1-2 c. brown sugar
Softened butter
Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Add yeast, sugar to warm water and leave for 10 minutes. Scald the milk, add butter, sugar and salt, stir until melted, then cool. Add the yeast, beaten eggs to cooled milk and stir. Add enough flour to make a soft dough. Knead until satiny and smooth (10 min). Let rise until double in size, lightly covered. Cut dough in half, roll out into a rectangle, and cover with butter, brown sugar and cinnamon mix. Roll up the dough, tightly, to keep the cinnamon mix from leaking out when baking. Cut into pieces about 1 1/2 inches thick and place in a greased baking pan. Repeat with remaining dough. Cover and rise again for, about 1 1/2 hours, in a warm place. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake 20 - 25 minutes, until lightly browned. Remove, cool for a few minutes, then turn the pan over unto parchment paper. Leave the baking pan on top for a few minutes so sauce drips back over the buns.
