2 c. brown sugar
1 c. cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Add brown and cream, with pinch of salt, to a sauce pan. Heat over medium heat until it reaches a boil. Continue boiling, stirring constantly, until it reaches the hard ball stage. Remove from the stove and stir in the vanilla and chopped nuts. (Nuts can be toasted in a hot oven for a few minutes to enhance flavor) Pour into a small baking pan lined with parchment paper. Cool and cut into small squares.
