1 T dry yeast
2 c lukewarm millk
4 eggs, separated
1 t. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 t salt
1 T sugar
1/2 c melted butter !

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle yeast over milk, stir. Beat egg yolks and add to yeast with vanilla. Sift dry ingredients and add to liquid ingredients. Stir in melted butter. Beat whites till stiff and fold in very gently. Let stand in warm place 45 minutes before heating Belgian waffle iron. Gently ladle batter into waffler. Good with powdered sugar. Buttery yeasty flavor is amazing!
